Follow the following steps to access all buildings:
1)Open the 'Power Structures' window; close it by clicking the 'X'
2)Repeat with the 'Rewards and Opportunities' window
3)Repeat with the 'Garbage Processing' window
4)Open the 'Landmarks' window
You will now have a huge list of not only the landmarks, but all of the R&O, garbage, power, water, zone, and lots of more structures.
